Do you offer payment plans?
Depending on the travel vendor rules and the time before your travel date, you may be able to pay a small deposit and spread the remaining balance over a flexible payment plan. You can choose how often you'd like to make payments, as long as the full balance is paid by the travel vendor's deadline.
How do payments work?
Some travel vendors allow us to set up direct payments through their platforms. If that option is not available, we will send a secure Credit Card Authorization form for your initial deposit. For future payments, you will receive a monthly invoice where you can decide how much to pay towards your travel. Remember, all travel must be paid in full by the travel vendor's deadline. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. We do not accept cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, checks, or money orders.
Is my trip refundable?
If you purchase full-refund travel insurance at the time of booking, your trip is refundable, excluding the cost of the insurance.
How long is a travel quote good for? How long do I have to make my deposit?
A: We ask that you make your deposit within 15 days of receiving your travel quote. However, travel prices and availability change daily. We will confirm your travel cost with your deposit.
